Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn

The Staff was amazing we booked a trip and needed to stay an extra day. Being that we stayed in the suite room it happened to be booked the day we were looking to extend. Needless to say we had to switch rooms which I thought would be a hassle but they had our next room ready at 9:30 am right across the hall and let us use both room keys to transfer our stuff. Without question will be returning for another stay.

Better than most travel motels. Still very dated, how many coats of paint before doors etc. Get replaced. Tub didn’t drain properly. Liked the served breakfast. Staff accommodated and friendly. Was happy to leave tips.

The facility was very well decorated. It was the fall season and the staff had gone to a great effort to decorate the lobby, restaurant and hallways. Even had a slight smell of cinnamon. The grounds were well landscaped. It showed the hotel was well taken care of. The room was large and included a coffee maker and microwave.

It was easy to make a reservation, the room was nice and clean, and the staff, particularly Bob Moyer, the breakfast waiter, was exceptional...friendly, funny, and kind.

Great Breakfast BUT, terrible location for the coffee and juice bar. It was in a crowed walkway
